Pullen Park is a wonderful place to go to spend family time. The park is beautiful, surrounded by grassy hills and trees. There are great picnic spots and even covered picnic areas that you can reserve for birthday parties, family reunions, etc. There's a 1911 Gustave A. Dentzel Menagerie Carousel, a children's boat ride, standard playground equipment for kids and a family train ride around the park. There are paddle boats you can rent too.
